Each published menu can have its own prices and rules — for example, a lunch menu, a dinner menu, or special pricing for larger groups, so every restaurant stays flexible. Each restaurant uses the draft menus directly and, when publishing, can adjust the visibility/availability and price of individual items — but cannot add new ones.
