Note on EU Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) was fully discontinued on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 (new submissions had already ceased on 20 March 2025) and is no longer available; a corresponding link is therefore omitted.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 (1) No. 1 VSBG).

Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws pursuant to German DDG Section 7 Para. 1. According to Articles 4 to 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) in conjunction with German DDG Sections 7 and 8, however, we as a service provider are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific legal violation. Upon becoming aware of such legal violations, we will remove this content immediately.

Liability for Links

Our platform allows restaurant operators to add their own external links (e.g., to social media profiles) within their digital menus. We have no influence over the content of these user-added external links and assume no liability for them. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.

A proactive review of external links added by users is not reasonable. If we become aware of any legal violations, we will remove the affected content immediately and reserve the right to suspend the respective user account.
